Feno is an AI-powered smart toothbrush that cleans all teeth in 20 seconds — paired with an app for real time oral health tracking, AI insights, and dentist feedback.
While their product was already turning heads, but their initial app wasn't keeping up. The oral-health dashboard was overwhelming, and after scanning, users had no clear way to understand what was wrong with their oral health or what to do to improve it. The app wasn't converting the people the hardware already won over.
We redesigned every touchpoint a user hits after opening their hardware box. From the onboarding, scanning, down to the entire journey of understanding your oral health after every scan.
With a clearer experience, users could finally understand their oral health and act on it. This leads to the surge of new subscriber after the redesign.
